Returns and Exchange

House of Windsor's mission is that for every customer to love their purchase, however if on occasion an item is unsuitable please see our below terms.

House of Windsor does not offer refunds, however we are happy to offer you an credit note, valid for 3 months (excluding sale items).  Your garment(s) must be sent back & received by us within 14 days of the date you received your order. This policy is subject to strictly applied terms below.

PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT OFFER EXCHANGE OR ANY RETURNS ON SALE OR DISCOUNTED ITEMS. 

  • ALL the original labels, tags are still attached in their original manner and in their entirety. 
  • garment(s) must be returned unworn, unsoiled (included but not limited to make up & fake tan) and without damage what so ever. 
  • garment(s) should not have been washed or ironed. 
  • it is your responsibly to ensure returned garments reach us, we suggest sending via tracked mail.

If you have received an incorrect or faulty item

If the item you received is incorrect or faulty, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience. Please e-mail info@houseofwindsor.shop within 7 days quoting your name, order number and details of the product received. We will then advise on how to proceed.

Discount codes and vouchers

If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount owed for exchange will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.
